Giame & Co. is operated by Giame Digital Design LLC.

Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “Giame & Co.,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Giame Digital Design LLC doing business through the Giame & Co. storefront.

Giame & Co. operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Giame & Co. is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because orders may begin processing quickly, we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations after an order has been placed.

Purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Giame & Co. names, logos, product names, designs, branding, and slogans may be trademarks or protected brand assets of Giame Digital Design LLC or its licensors.

Shopify and other third-party names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Giame & Co. is powered by Shopify, which provides technology that enables us to operate the store and Services.

However, purchases made through our store are made with Giame Digital Design LLC through the Giame & Co. storefront, not with Shopify.

Shopify is not the seller of products purchased from Giame & Co. and is not responsible for fulfillment, product quality, returns, refunds, or other obligations belonging to Giame & Co.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Section 10 — Privacy Policy

Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, certain personal information may also be collected or processed by Shopify in accordance with Shopify’s own privacy practices.
